The Museum is housed in The Captain Jonathan Parker House at the comer of West Bay and Parker Roads.

This historic sea captain's was built by in 1824 and is one of the oldest houses in Osterville.

The Museum store features a wide variety of items related to Osterville?s long history as a maritime, boat building, fishing, farming and recreational seaside community. Located in Osterville village, the museum complex includes three historic buildings set on two acres of beautiful grounds, providing a lovely setting for a picnic lunch prior to touring the museum. The Captain Jonathan Parker House, circa 1824, the Cammett House, circa 1730, and the Herbert F. Crosby Boat Shop, circa 1855 present different views of the village that spans three centuries of Osterville and Cape Cod history. We welcome you to explore the complex through our website and invite you to visit us when visiting Cape Cod .
Bradley House
Built around 1803, it was bought by Captain William H. Bradley at auction in 1821 for $339; it was home to the Bradley family for many years. In 1902 it was bought by the Fay family and moved to its present location a few hundred feet west along Woods Hole Road. Later, it was donated to the Woods Hole Library and rented as a doctor's office. It was restored and made into a museum in 1976.

Galleries Bradley House contains two galleries with exhibits that generally change each year. The third gallery contains a permanent scale model of Woods Hole, circa 1895. The Archives (Woods Hole Historical Collection) are also in Bradley House.
The Cahoon Museum of American Art resides in a beautifully restored 1775 Georgian Colonial that was once an overnight stop on the stagecoach line between Hyannis and Sandwich. Wide floorboards, stenciled walls and floors, fireplaces and antique furnishings give the cheerful galleries a homey intimacy.
The heart of the collection is the fanciful primitive paintings of the late Ralph and Martha Cahoon, local legends who had their home, studio and gallery in the old house for 37 years.
The Cahoon Museum also features a choice collection of 19th- and early 20th-century American marine paintings, landscapes, still lifes and portraits by such esteemed artists as Ralph Blakelock, William Bradford, James Buttersworth, John J. Enneking, Alvan Fisher, Levi Wells Prentice and William Matthew Prior
The Seaside Inn has several room varieties that meet a host of taveler’s budgets and needs.
